The Woman Made Gallery Slide Registry - Terms Of Service
These terms are set out to protect all members of this registry. Inappropriate actions
by one member affect all others. As such, all members using womanmade.net services are
explicitly bound by these terms.
Activities not permitted:
Spam, spamvertizing and Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (UCE) are not permitted. This means
that you may not advertise your pages through unsolicited bulk E-mail or inappropriate
posting to newsgroups.
Using your E-mail account to receive mail as a result of spam is not permitted.
Pornograhic material, content that you do not have express right to use and/or display
and/or any other illegal content is not permitted.
Mail boxes are limited to 5 meg. This means that if your friend sends you a huge
picture of 3 meg and another friend send you another 3 meg picture, the second will not
arrive because it exceeds the 5 meg limit.
Space on this server is not self managed. Uploading, deleting and changing of content
on this server may be conducted, only, by Woman Made Gallery staff and their authorized
representatives.
These terms may be amended from time to time. It is the user's responsibility to
check, periodically, for amendments to these terms.
The legal stuff... You agree to hold management of these domains harmless in the event
of damages arising out of use of your web space and/or your E-mail box. All services are
provided on an "as-is" basis. You agree to indemnify the management of these domains if
actions arise out of your breach of the terms stated here.
